Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Westwind is seeking an experienced front desk administrative assistant who is seeking long-term career advancement, excellent benefits, beautiful work environment and a friendly team atmosphere.

  • Requires intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn other software platforms.
  • Ability to answer light incoming calls, receive guests, packages and complete duties and projects as assigned.

Prior administrative and front desk experience is required.

This is an 8am to 5pm M-F position. Some overtime may be required at peak periods of the year. Prefer someone who will cross-train and learn the business from different angles as well as fulfilling the role of an admin. Growth potential is possible in this position so the right person will be one who can join the team, grow, and stay for many years to come.

A/P A/R Administrative Assistant

Westwind is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the A/P A/R Manager to join the Pack. The right candidate will need administrative experience to support:

  •  Invoicing functions
  • Posting to government portals
  • Researching orders
  • Solving problems, troubleshooting customer questions, and other duties as needed by the manager.

This position requires:

  • An AA or BA in business or accounting
  • 2 to 5 yrs prior A/P, A/R, experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills and QuickBooks knowledge is a major plus!
  • This is an 8am to 5pm M-F position. Some overtime may be required at peak periods of the year.
  • Other duties may and will be assigned that are not mentioned in this job description.
